Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our Commitment
We want you to find genuine value in your report. If you are not satisfied, we will refund you.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- The report was not delivered
- The report contains significant errors
- You are not satisfied with the quality or usefulness of the report
3. How to Request a Refund
Email hello.sahineev@gmail.com from the address used at purchase, with your order/payment ID and a brief reason.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or UPI provider.
5. Cancellations
As our products are digital and delivered immediately, orders cannot be cancelled after delivery. However, the 7-day refund window above applies.
6. Subscriptions
We do not currently offer subscriptions. All purchases are one-time payments with no auto-renewal.
