2. Services
SahiNeev provides digital construction cost estimation reports and related planning tools. Reports are generated based on information you provide and on regional material and labour rate data.
3. Nature of Estimates — Important
Our reports provide estimates for planning and reference purposes only. Actual construction costs will vary depending on site conditions, design choices, material quality, local rates, contractor terms, and market fluctuations. Our reports do not constitute professional engineering, architectural, or structural advice, and are not a substitute for consulting a qualified civil engineer or architect. You are responsible for verifying all figures before making financial or construction decisions.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect completed purchases.
5. Delivery
Digital reports are delivered to the email address and WhatsApp number provided at checkout, immediately after successful payment. See our Delivery Policy for details.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, reports, illustrations, calculations, and software on this site are the property of Dotpiper Technologies Pvt Ltd. You may use your report for personal purposes only. Reproduction, resale, or commercial distribution is prohibited.
